You will find hereattached Macintosh's TimeSquare US v. 1.06 as a binhexed self-extracting Stuffit archive.
TimeSquare is a multi-user agenda without server (and thus also mono-user with no harm) coming from the Canadian Team Building Technologies (the ones that brought the famous AgentDA some years ago).
TimeSquare builds on AgentDA ergonomics with many improvements:
- GROUP events by label, show/hide specific groups, tag them by different colors
- (optional) to-do list aside calendar,CLICK'N DRAG AN EVENT between list and any given day (or reschedule inside the calendar by a single drag)
- FULLY FLEXIBLE CALENDAR INTERFACE, 1 to 5 days/weeks in width AND height (and this change is just ONE click away if you wish to quickly change between focus on the next two days only and the full next month)
- large printing flxibility with preview (tips: ask for printing "pages 1 to 10" to get the current window printed plus the next 9 windows; ask for reduced-scale printing to stack more smaller events on the same calendar, print many calendar windows on a single page... all of this of course is detailed in the user's manual)
- where is WEEK 35 next year? answer is ONE click away, and by releasing the mouse button you just can jump to that week (and back today in one click)
- show only week's WORKING days or... only week-ends, or Fridays alone in a row
- PUBLISH your meeting appointments and subscribe your colleague's agendas to them, open many agendas simultaneously, have the mac beep or just warn you silently, one day or one minute in advance -you can even have it READ the alarm topic aloud with the voice you choose... all of this without needing the application running
- of course, works all the better with PowerMacs and SYSTEM 7.5

The attached version is fully operational without manual, but stops after 3 months.
By contacting Team Building Technologies with a credit card and some CAN$ 160, you get the full package mailed (s/h charges included) for 2 simultaneous users on the net.
I personally think this is cheap compared to what TimeSquare can do -consider also the AUTHORS, ALWAYS instantly answer to their users -which is not the case for larger software suppliers... even when they give you a special number with a simpleminded at the end...
